Construction start for promotional project «eden7» in Zurich
With the construction of the freehold apartment project «eden7», Intershop is starting the final stage of the «Giesshübelareal» in Zurich.
17 exceptional city apartments with areas from 54 m2 to 131 m2, unconventional floor plans and high-quality fittings are being built at Staffelstrasse 13 in Zurich-Wiedikon. Three commercial spaces that can be designed flexibly and individually are planned for the ground floor.
Sales have started successfully for the attractive and sustainably designed upper units, which meet the Minergie standard for energy efficiency. 12 units have already been reserved.
With «eden7» Intershop is completing the repositioning of the former commercial and industrial site which began several years ago and which has created an attractive and popular residential area with some 160 flats in the south of Zurich. Construction work is due to be completed in 2018.
